About Kent Trumbull Theatre
Kent Trumbull Theatre has much to offer not only the college community but also the Trumbull County community as a whole. From coursework to entertainment, Kent Trumbull Theatre maintains excellence in all of its endeavors.
For the college student at Kent Trumbull, the Theatre offers coursework that can fulfill liberal education requirements as well as coursework leading to a Theatre major or minor. The Theatre also maintains a rich production schedule, giving ample opportunities to participate on or off-stage.
To the community, Kent Trumbull offers an excellent entertainment value. The Theatre produces a variety of shows each season, producing shows such as the classic Shakespeare plays, heartwarming holiday plays like "Little House Christmas," and toe-tapping musicals such as "Seussical: The Musical."
Through Kent Trumbull Theatre's Summer Stock program, the Theatre also offers one of the area's least expensive summer youth programs. Summer Stock provides children and young adults the opportunity to take acting classes, act in one of the program's plays, learn set design principles, or help off-stage.
