Scene Painting

OBJECTIVE
This course is designed to teach basic scene painting techniques and the use of Trompe l’Oeil to achieve realistic three dimensional effects on a two dimensional canvas. Students will also learn how to transfer paint elevations to a larger scale, proper brush maintenance, brush alternatives, color theory and color mixing.
